Return Policy Statement

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Lindsey Valentine directly at Lindsey@K9Revamped.com. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address concerns promptly and professionally.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Return Instructions

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return address and detailed instructions. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Training Package Purchase Policy

Please do not purchase any training package without prior approval from a K9 Revamped trainer or authorized representative. Our programs are customized to meet the specific needs of each dog and handler, and a consultation is required to ensure appropriate placement.

If a package is purchased without prior consultation, only partial refunds will be issued, as administrative and scheduling resources are allocated upon purchase.

Please be aware that program purchases made through our online storefront at shopk9revamped.com include a processing fee, which will be added to the total cost with tax at checkout. These fees are added due to the fees charged for financing options.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Card Policy

All gift card purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on gift cards under any circumstances. If you encounter an issue or have questions regarding your gift card, please contact Lindsey Valentine at lindsey@k9revamped.com for assistance.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
