Shipping Methods We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders. International orders may select from standard or express shipping options at checkout. Available shipping methods and carriers are displayed during checkout and may vary by region and item eligibility.
Carrier Information Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on item availability and location. Some products may ship directly from our corporate shop located in Poulsbo, Washington.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping estimates do not include our standard processing time of approximately 3–10 business days prior to dispatch.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. You may also access tracking details by logging into your account at k9revamped.com.
Shipping Address Changes To protect order integrity, shipping addresses cannot be modified after purchase. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout.
